CLAUDIO SALOCCHI (Milano 1934 - 2012)
He was a great Italian architect and designer, a protagonist of the creative ferment of the Sixties and Seventies, who was able to interpret the transformations of that period in an anticipatory design vision of forms, working in industrial design, architecture and interior design: he collaborated with the major brands of Italian design, such as Skipper, Rossi di Albizzate, Sormani, Bottega Gadda, Alberti Cucine, etc. with experiments in the field of objects, silver and jewelry.
He designed and built the stadium in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia).
Multiple awards: New York Design competition (1970), Milan Triennale (1973), Compasso d'Oro ADI (1979).
